Snoopy is 23 years young and is the mascot for the Shelter.   Snoopy came to Longhopes in 1999 ago thin, sickly, frightened, and badly mannered.   With months of good nutrition and patience a new donkey began to emerge. A mischievous, self-absorbed donkey but a new donkey.  As his smile shows, he is now  happy in the life of a herd animal.
